This contract (“Contract”) is entered into by and between the Texas Real Estate Commission (“TREC”) and the party seeking legal advice through the TREC Legal Hotline. The terms and conditions of this Contract govern the use of the TREC Legal Hotline and the provision of legal advice by TREC.
Clause 1: Purpose |
